Longevity · Consciousness · Resilience
Build the body you want to live in for the next hundred years.
Biological systems science meets the source code of reality.
The more time I spend with both peer-reviewed research and traditional healing systems, the more I find they're describing the same mechanisms from different angles. The closer I get to the details, the easier it is to see the patterns in different language. While we must each find our own truth, here is where we learn to ask better questions.

Who's behind this.
I'm Heather. I build longevity protocols at the intersection of biological systems science, traditional healing, and the modalities that sit outside the mainstream not because they lack merit, but because they lack funding.
I wrote Building a Better Brain and The Quick and Dirty Field Guide to Joint Regeneration. I'm building the Source Code Recovery course. Everything I publish is grounded in evidence, transparent about what we know versus what we're still investigating, and designed for people who want to understand the mechanisms, not just follow instructions.

Where we go.
I got into longevity research because I believe that our bodies shouldn't be either mysterious or gatekept by external "experts." It made no sense to me that we were born into these bodies, and have been existing as humans for millions of years, but we still had such limited understanding of how they work and how to keep them from failing.
I started with herbs, then moved to diet, and movement, and meditation. I dug deeper into the biology with mitochondria, light, and peptides, and learned that the nervous system is the conductor of the biological symphony. I learned that what we measure is what improves, so I dove deep into biomarker tracking to test and replicate interventions that had positive results.
The deeper I went into the mechanisms, the more I kept running into the same wall, which is that the materialist reductionist model only takes you so far. Your cells aren't just responding to chemistry. They're responding to light, to electromagnetic fields, to frequency, to things that the current funding structures have very little incentive to study. Biofield research, energy medicine, plant medicine, consciousness practices, these modalities have centuries or millennia of observational data behind them, and the reason they lack the double-blind RCTs isn't that they don't work. It's that nobody can patent a breathing technique.
And the more I sat with all of it, the research and the traditional practice and my own experimentation, the clearer it became that consciousness is the thread that runs through everything. Your internal experience isn't decorating your biology. It's driving the bus. You can shift measurable outcomes by changing what's happening at the level of awareness and intention, and once you see that, the entire landscape of what's possible opens up. Underneath the protocols and the interventions, there's a source pattern, a baseline architecture of health that every modality is trying to restore from a different angle. That's what I'm exploring here, and that's what I'm building tools for.
My goal is to tie all of these concepts together into protocols and practices at every level of accessibility. When the internal experience of who you're becoming is the thing driving the bus, the external reality starts to look like something you actually built on purpose.
